All nutrition support provided is based on general, evidence-based principles and is intended for individuals who are otherwise healthy.
I do not provide:
Medical nutrition therapy
Treatment or management of diagnosed medical conditions
Individualised plans for conditions such as diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, or other clinical needs
Clients with medical conditions, or those requiring specialised dietary support, will be referred to an appropriately qualified health professional such as an Accredited Practising Dietitian whilst I look after your training and we can move to Training only Tier.
