4 weeks worth of check ins (1x email check in per week - with spreadsheet data analysis , mindset and education with minimal meal plan changes)

Within my scope of practice, I work with general population clients to support goals such as:

  • General health and performance

My services may include:

  • General nutrition guidance

  • Meal planning

  • Calorie and macronutrient recommendations and targets

  • Education around food choices, habits, and lifestyle

  • Weekly and fortnightly check ins

All nutrition support provided is based on general, evidence-based principles and is intended for individuals who are otherwise healthy.

I do not provide:

  • Medical nutrition therapy

  • Treatment or management of diagnosed medical conditions

  • Individualised plans for conditions such as diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, or other clinical needs

Clients with medical conditions, or those requiring specialised dietary support, will be referred to an appropriately qualified health professional such as an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
